Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and hard to handle. I provide a space to talk through the things that are making you feel anxious, sad, stressed or perhaps a bit lost.

Setting aside time to focus on yourself and talk about the things that are causing you distress can really help to bring new perspectives and ease some of the anxieties that can hold you back from living in a happy and fulfilled way. I aim to work with you through some of these things to help bring clarity and insight, which in turn can help improve how you feel day to day and allow you to take charge of who you are and how you navigate the world.

Some of the issues that therapy may help with are stress, anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, gender/sexuality, addiction, anger management, loss & bereavements.

Both face to face and online Zoom therapy available.

Monday face to face slots available at Hackney City Farm, 1a Goldsmiths Row, London, E2 8QA

Weekday/Evening slots available at Hackney Therapy Centre, 290 Mare St, London, E8 1HE

Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place once a week at a mutually agreed time.
